On Friday 24th June we were honoured to have James Millton of Millton Vineyards in New Zealand host a wine tasting dinner for Barrica Wines in Huntleys restaurant.
Millton Vineyards in a biodynamic wine producer and James proved to be a fond of knowledge – and he explained everything to us in a very approachable way. He is extremely passionate about his biodynamic wines as he is about developing and growing a successful vineyard business.
Huntleys chef Graeme Howarth did us proud on the night, producing some fabulous food, but the piste de resistance was definitely the starter – scallops and prawns cooked with parmesan – absolutely delicious.

Over 50 customers attended the meal and there was a fabulous atmosphere all night – the only problem is that now we all want to visit New Zealand.
